FAQ
Questions before you join.
Clear answers about what Retenna does, how it works with your AI workspace, and what private-beta access involves.
What does Retenna actually do?
Retenna keeps the important company story connected: goals, decisions, reasoning, promises, customers, projects, owners, work and results. It watches the internal and outside sources you approve, finds when reality is moving away from the plan, explains the business effect, helps the right work happen and follows whether the intended result appeared.
Why not just use ChatGPT, Claude or another AI platform?
Those products can remember conversations, search connected systems and complete tasks. Retenna connects the company work around them. It preserves the relevant decisions and commitments, finds important gaps before someone asks, prevents repeated or conflicting work, follows the business result and carries corrections and outcomes into future work across models and teams.
Do we need to reconnect every tool?
Retenna is designed to work through the apps and connectors your ChatGPT or Claude workspace has approved for it. Existing service permissions still apply, and Retenna cannot silently access a tool or action that your workspace has not enabled. Availability, background use and write actions depend on the connector and your workspace plan, so we confirm those capabilities before onboarding a workflow.
How much can Retenna do without approval?
You choose the level for each kind of work. Retenna can suggest, prepare the work for approval or handle approved low-risk work within limits you set. Anything outside the allowed information, action, value, confidence or risk level stops and asks. Sensitive customer, money, legal and security work can always require a person.
How is company data protected?
You choose Retenna's approved apps or connectors, roles and job permissions, while your AI workspace and each connected service continue to enforce their own permissions and policies. Sources and uncertainty remain visible and important Retenna activity stays reviewable. Data handling, retention and model-use terms must be confirmed for the selected host plan, connector and Retenna agreement before onboarding.
How does private-beta pricing work?
Retenna is offered as one annual company subscription, quoted for the company deployment based on company size and any agreed enterprise requirements—not by connector, tool, workflow, seat or AI agent. Company and Enterprise are the two paid offers. The separate design-partner programme is selection-based, with scope, feedback, beta access and the transition to paid access agreed in writing.
Private beta
Build a company that gets smarter and more efficient every time it works.
Stop losing decisions, corrections and successful ways of working when a project ends, a person moves on or an AI agent finishes. Retenna carries that learning into what the company notices, decides and does next—helping approved AI agents work from better context and making it less likely they repeat mistakes the company has already corrected.
